XUL/Migemo 0.11.4

XUL/Migemo is a Firefox extension that provides a Japanese dictionary that includes 3 features in the find toolbar.
The first feature is the "dictionary-assisted find" for Japanese (or other languages).
This provides a feature to find Japanese terms in roman-letter spelling. For example, if you input "kanji", Firefox finds any terms of the sound.
Second is more customizable Find Toolbar. You can check "Highlight all" and "Match Cases" automatically. And, found term can be shown in the center of the screen.
Third, the highlight feature like Safari 3 is available. In "Highlight all" mode, the content area is covered by a dark screen and the focused term is shown with animation effect.

Enhancements:
- Fixed: Broken behavior about default find mode and permanent find mode is corrected.

- In the previous version 0.11.3, if you set the default find mode or the permanent find mode by the configuration UI, the actual behavior was different from the described.

- Internally, find modes were saved as integer value, like "0(means native find)", "1(means migemo)" or "2(means regexp find)" in 0.11.2. I changed the value sets from "0,1,2" to "1,2,4" in 0.11.3, but I forgot to upgrade user preferences. Now, old preferences are automatically mapped to new one.
