YourTeamLink is a secure web-based group collaboration workplace that you can purchase and place on your own web server. Its a workplace where members of a group, organized by Teams, can securely go to single location to organize and share information.
This application will help you to securely manage all types of documents and files. Files can be uploaded directly from your computer to the server. Files on the server are seamlessly zipped into a secure application password protected library, easily accessible with the click of a mouse to members of the Team.
Files in the library can be organized easily by moving them to individual virtual folders. Similar Files can be organized by version for easier management. Files can be downloaded from the server directly to your computer, anywhere you are with an internet connection.
Each Team can create an unlimited number of projects to efficiently plan, manage and track. Project Milestones and Tasks can be easily be created.
Each Task can be assigned to an individual Team member. Files can be virtually attached to an individual Task. Team members can update tasks progress in real time.
