JXtremeSearch 2.0

Powerful OS-independent product for searching for resources in Local Area Networks (LAN).
In this release our product performs search for files in the LAN. Workgroup and Domain network structure is supported. Authentication by login/password, guest authentication, login/password library. Library is encrypted using strong encryption algorithm.
Additionally available options for tuning search process - set response timeout, timeout for preventing the client from holding server resources unnecessarily.
Usage:
After you have unzipped the program, please edit run_win.bat or run (unix) file.
You should enter a correct path to your Java RE.
Find string - set (export (for unix)) JAVA_HOME=c:/j2sdk1.5. By default its pointed to c:/j2sdk1.5.
But you should provide path to where you have installed Java (e.g. c:/progra~1/Java/jre1.5.0 or for unix-based - /usr/j2sdk1.4). Supported Java versions are: - Java 2 sdk-1.4.x and sdk-1.5.x
Save and run that file.
