z/Scope Classic Terminal Emulator is an all-in-one and professional program for accessing to AS/400, IBM Mainframes and UNIX hosts. It can be run on Windows 98/ME/NT/2K/XP/Vista platforms, and supports TN3270E, TN5250E and VT100/420 protocols. It has multihost/multisession emulation capabilities and provides secure access to SSL 2-3, TLS 1.0 and SSH enabled hosts. It optionally includes a FTP Client with full awareness of AS/400 objects and z/OS datasets, integrated into its tabbed interface.

With z/Scope, users and system administrators alike have at their fingertips the most powerful, customizable and easy to use secure terminal emulator for Microsoft Windows available today.

Thanks to its seamless integration within the Windows environment and the simplicity of its user interface, z/Scope saves on training costs and help desk calls.

z/Scope terminal emulation, in its Web-to-Host edition can be executed from within any ActiveX enabled Web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and up, Mozilla Firefox and Netscape.

Printer Management

Printer management capabilities integrated into z/Scope allows users to route print jobs to any local or network printer and allow local desktop printers to act as additional network print resources.
Enterprise users can customize settings and configurations for each printer or print job.

  • z/Scope allows you to manage printing preferences by selecting and modifying different settings.
  • In 'Printing Preferences' you can view, edit, delete and duplicate printer settings.
  • You can select a printer from all your available printers.
  • Print to default printer (just as you would with any other program).
  • Screen Hard Copy Printing.
  • Print jobs can also be exported as files and stored anywhere on the network.

  32. Auto-Fills automatically fill-in one or more input fields with a simple mouse click.
  33. Auto-Suggestion feature easily reproduces previously typed text with only one click.
  34. Dynamic toolbar system to organize Navigators, Auto-Fills, Keypads and Hotspots.
