Welcome to Dropit, the fastest and easiest way to store text, then retrieve it and drop it into any window which will receive text. Faster and easier than copy and paste, Dropit will open any text file, and display it in its listbox, ready for you to select text and drag and drop it wherever you need it; browser forms, text editors, word processors, email programs, etc. Ever get tired of manually typing in the same information again and again in those internet forms? Dropit makes it quick and easy to fill out those forms. To get an item into the form, simply click it in the listbox to highlight it, then click the blue bar on the left side of Dropits window and drag the cursor to the edit box on the form where you want it, release the mouse button, and, presto, the item is dropped into the form. You can edit and save the list box to a text file, and read any text file into the list box. Dropits main window is an "always on top" window which will stay on top of whatever form youre filling out. Dropit now lets you store data in encrypted, password protected files, so you can keep credit card or other sensitive data handy, but secure.
