It requires you have your own domain, that you are using qmail for mail handling (although it might be possible to adapt it for others since it is just scripts) and that your domain host is the helpful type since it needs a entry in each email accounts .qmail file. My host 34sp is a helpful host :-). Hence it wont suit everyone but since the cost of a domain and hosting is about 20 per year it is not that expensive to get a domain and host just for email. The plus side is that as filtering occurs as emails arrive your inbox never overflows. And, as it uses a combination of whitelists and automatic replies you never delete a good email without someone knowing about it.
