April 29th was a very bad day but your tech April saved it for me. I decided to uninstall Norton which came with my machine when I got it, and install McAfee which wasnt going to be an easy experience. I knew Norton had horrible support and it turns out McAfee was just as bad, but thanks to my customer support rep. (April) it all worked out in the end. April helped me to totally remove Norton
