Add Copyright Notice Plugin

This project is a SharpTools plugin which helps the developer to specify a custom header that can be added to each code file in the current VS.NET project.

Demonstrates how to:
Use the Toolbar and ToolbarButton objects
Store plugin properties using the SharpTools property persistance mechanism
Create and integrate a custom page in the SharpTools configuration dialog
Iterate all files in the solution
Determine which files are source code or have associated source (code-behind)
Add code to existing files.
Includes the compiled assembly for those who only want the plugin, just copy the assembly to your SharpTools installation folder, next time you start VS.NET it will appear.
