AptEdit Lite 5.2 build 405 brings you a full-featured text editor, HEX editor, HTML editor, column editor, terminal editor, and Programmers Editor for Windows which contains many powerful features to view and edit just about any text or binary file, and it's an excellent source editor for Web page authors, developers, and programmers.  It can also serve as a good Notepad replacement.
