Bullseye Color Picker 1.1

Bullseye Color Picker 1.1 is designed as a useful tool for computer programmers and webmasters to be able to pick colors from the computer screen or from a color palette and return the following color codes: RGB (decimal), HSL, Long, HTML Hex, Visual Basic Hex, Delphi Hex, and C++ Hex. Enter any color code to create your own colors. Create your own colors and color palettes, and then save them for future use. Use the advanced zooming tool to zoom in onto your screen and select a specific pixel's color.
