ColourPickerDialog.NET has a visual colour wheel and brightness bar to make picking a colour as easy as possible. It can convert between RGB, HSB and Web (hex) colours. Unlike the standard colour dialog, ColourPickerDialog.NET supports transparency (alpha) and has a eye-dropper so you can pick any colour on your desktop
