Deployment Studio Express 1.1.3 is an user-friendly release management and automated software deployment and software suite intended to help streamline the software release process by providing release managers, QA teams and software developers with a set of tools to effectively manage software releases.

1. Deployment Studio Express can provide valuable information about the software assets distributed throughout your environments, including file version, modified date, & size. This information can be used to troubleshoot failed application deployments and software testing issues by identifying discrepancies between environments (i.e. file version) and ensure your promotion environments are up-to-date and in sync.

Deployment Studio Express can help streamline your software deployment process by providing your software deployment team with the ability to quickly and easily create re-useable deployment profiles. Tasks can be created to run remote commands on target systems (stop/start services, run DOS commands, execute batch scripts, etc), deploy files/directories to the target systems, build applications from source control.
3. Deployment Studio Express uses its own integrated TCP/IP based file transfer protocol. So, there is no need to setup file shares or FTP services on the target machines. Integrating DSE into your existing network literally takes minutes.
