ELImageCompare ActiveX DLL 1.5 supports comparing images. Intelligent algorithm allows you to compare two images and returns one of the following results: images are different, similar or identical.
The method of comparing of images is base on modern mathematical investigations. It has such parameters as Delta (Level of sensitivity) and type of metric - "Integral" and "Maximum delta". The library allows to detect objects which were added to the scene or removed from one.
