Fast CHM: Help Writer 3.1

Fast CHM: Help Writer 3.1 is created as a program which allows you to quickly create the HTML Help files that are standard for the Windows platform. All you need to do is title the content for the Table of Contents, add any keywords, and write the body of the topic. It adds the topic to the table of contents. The body of the topic is stored inside the Help Writer 2 project file easily add, delete or modify the keywords visual interface so you see what the index and table of contents will look like.
