HXTT DBF 3.1.003

HXTT DBF contains the only type 4 JDBC(1.2, 2.0, 3.0) driver packages for Xbase database (dbase, Visual DBASE, SIx Driver, SoftC, Codebase, Clipper, Foxbase, Foxpro, VFP, xHarbour, Halcyon, Apollo, Goldmine, and BDE), which supports transaction, embedded access, and remote access. It supports Xbase applications compatible lock ( DBASE, DBASE4BDE, DBASEIII, DBASEIV, CLIPPER, CLIPPER5.3, SoftC, FOXBASE, FOXPRO, FOXPRO4BDE, and VFP).

HXTT DBF supports DB2K, IDX, SIxMemo, CDX, NDX, MDX, FlexFile3, NTX, and CGP. It supports DBF, DBC, DCT,DCX, DBT, FPT, SMT, and user-defined extensions. It supports all transactions level of READ UNCOMMITTED,READ COMMITTED, REPEATABLE READ, and SERIALIZABLE.

HXTT DBF supports concurrent database connections, and is thread safe. It supports embedded mode and remote access mode. It supports ANSI SQL 92 standard, more than 180 sql functions, XOPEN SQLState, RMI, Jini, JNDI, and serialization.

It supports { UNION | INTERSECT | EXCEPT | MINUS } [ ALL ] query , INNER JOIN, FULL JOIN, LEFT JOIN, RIGHT JOIN, NATURAL JOIN,CROSS JOIN, self join, and subquery which includes single-row subquery, multirow subquery, multiple-column subquery, inline views, and correlated subquery.

The drivers are completely written in Java and can be deployed on any platform with Java VM, which includes Microsoft Windows, Novell Netware, Apple Mac OS, Solaris, OS2, UNIX, and LINUX. It supports Personal Java, JDK1.0.X, JDK1.1.X, JDK1.2.X, JDK1.3.X, JDK1.4.X and JDK1.5.X.

HXTT DBF supports JDBC1.2, JDBC2.0, and JDBC3.0. It supports all of JVMs supported unicode, locales and encodings. Cp895(Czech MS - DOS 895), Cp620(Polish MS - DOS 620) and Mazovia are extra supported although JVM doesnt support those. For remote access mode, it provides a GUI database server manager with remote control capability, which can run as Windows service, Unix/Linux daemon, or standalone application.
