PDF Creator Pilot 4.2.2672 provides a complete library for reading PDF and creating PDF from VB, ASP, Delphi, Visual C++. You can use it to create, open, merge or otherwise manipulate PDF files.

You can use the PDF library's commands as well as WinApi functions. PDF security, font embedding, different font charsets, document compression are also supported.
