PhDT 0.9.5

Phemisters Defect Tracking (PhDT) is a cross-platform program created to track issues and defects.
It contains a small core set of fields to which the user can add a wide variety of fields. The layout of these fields is flexible.
Fields can be contained within repeating groups (e.g. you can create a field for comments and users can add multiple comments.)

- Very flexible layout of your fields - multiple tabs or scrollable panes or both
- Create multiple file attachment fields (including fields which are lists of file attachments)
- Create actions which run periodically or when a field changes to match a filter; actions can update fields or send emails
- Set PhDT to read defects from a mail queue
- Message of the day option (configurable to display the message every time someone logs on or to show them the message once or daily)
- Create rules which control how defect fields rate to each other and your workflow
- Runs on Windows (from Win98 up), Linux, Solaris, mac OS X, in fact any platform which supports Java v1.5
