SMTP/POP3 Email Engine for COBOL 4.0

The SMTP/POP3 Email Engine Library for COBOL (SEE4CB) is a library of functions that will provide easy control of the SMTP (Simple Mail Transport Protocol) and POP3 (Post Office 3) protocols.
A simple interface allows sending and receiving email, including multiple MIME base64 and quoted-printable encoded attachments. Knowledge of Winsock and TCP/IP is not needed.
