Added Setting of Bug/Job number by parsing the Comment and extracting the first word as the bug/job number if it is followed by a colon e.g. MR001: Initial Working Version. would set the bug/job to read MR001 and the comment to be Initial Working Version.
Added configurtation file TSSrcSafeAddin.ini to allow configuring of DateFormat, Short Users Name display (Initials or SourceSafe username) and Setting of the Bug/Job number by parsing the SourceSafe comment
