One part of a pair of utilities (the other is the String Resource Creator) from Tom Jorgenson Consulting that supports end-to-end internationalization (both globalization and localization) of .Net applications.
Major Features:
- A .Net programming tools that can read resource files, display the strings in them, and allow you to edit them in place for new locales (languages, etc.)
- Another related tool is planned for the near future that will handle the other side of internationalization of your product by locating resource strings within source code and converting them to string resources.
