Video Capture Pro SDK ActiveX 3.1 offers an excellent and very useful ActiveX control which can allow programmers to easily integrate video capture and image processing capabilities into their software applications. VideoCap Pro ActiveX Control has overlay image, text, time stamp function that VideoCap ActiveX Control does not possess.
