Video Recording Applet SDK 1.0.2.2

The video recording applet uses native methods to capture video and sound, to encode and decode and to playback in the DLL. The video recording applet allows to record video in mp4 format ( H.264 video and AAC audio) on the web page and uploads it to the web server via HTTP.
First, the applet records the video in the temp file on the customer’s computer, then the user can upload the video to the web server. The server script receives the mp4 file on the server and saves it into a specified folder.
The video recording applet uses native methods to capture video and sound, to encode and decode and to playback in the DLL, which will be installed on the computer after the first time use. The recording applet is digitally signed.
The video applet supports 2 frame sizes: 160x120 pixels and 320x240 pixels. Frame size can be set via applet parameters.
Furthermore, this video recording applet can also support Java Script controls.
The applet works with a web camera.

- Target browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and up, Netscape 7, FireFox, Opera.
- Java versions: Sun Java plug-in starting with 1.5, 1.6
- Web Servers: Any web server with PHP 4.x support.
