VISCOM VideoCap Mobile ActiveX (FLV, iPod, PSP) 2.50 is an ActiveX control that allows programmers to easily integrate video capture and image processing capabilities into their software applications. It can output popular mobile video format, iPod, PSP, FLV video formats and MPEG1, MPEG2 video formats.
