Windows Standard Serial Communications Library for Delphi 4.2

The Windows Standard Serial Communications Library for Delphi (WSC4D) gives you an serial communication library based on the Windows API.
Includes 32 functions plus modem control, ASCII, XMODEM, and YMODEM protocols, and a selection of example programs. WSC4D can be used with any version of Borland Delphi.
WSC4D can be used in the development of Win16 and Win32 applications running under Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, Me, and XP.
