Windows Std Serial Comm Lib for Delphi 4.4 offers you a powerful Borland Delphi RS232 serial port communications component library. The Windows Standard Serial Communications Library for Delphi (WSC4D) is an serial communication library based on the Windows API. Includes 36 functions plus modem control, ASCII, XMODEM, and YMODEM protocols, and a selection of example programs. WSC4D can be used with any version of Borland Delphi. 

WSC4D can be used in the development of Win16 and Win32 applications running under Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, 2003, Me, XP, and Vista. The evaluation version of WSC4D is fully functional.

  16. Can be used with any language (C/C++,.NET, Visual Basic, VB.NET, etc.) that can call the Windows API.
