CleanStart makes cleaning your startup easy and at the same time CleanStart will give you a description of most startup items as well as recommendations.
CleanStart also integrates a simple one-click startup optimization button that backs up and removes all harmful, unnecessary, broken link, spyware and other items that may cause problems or slow down your computer.
Clean Start uses a real-time database to scan your PCs registry and your "Startup" folder for unnecessary startup files. Clean Start then compares what it finds on your PC to its database of programs. If Clean Start finds that your PC has unnecessary programs running in the background, Clean Start notifies you of the unnecessary program.
Clean Start lets you decide what programs you want running in the background of your PC.
If youre not sure what programs to keep running, Clean Start provides simple explanations for thousands of processes and provides recommendations on whether or not it is safe to delete or disable a process leaving the control of your PC in your hands.
Clean Start backups up all items you deleted from your PC for later restoration if necessary.
Clean Start works as soon as you install it by actively monitoring for any items attempting to install themselves into startup locations. If it finds an uncessary process or installation into the system startup, ClearnStart will prompt you with a message box that lists any items attempting to install themselves in the startup locations.
If a deleted item attempts to reinstall itself or another program upon deletion (a common trait of spyware) Clean Start remembers that item. Clean Start then will automatically remove the deleted program if it attempts reinstalls itself to run at startup.
Clean Start makes locating and stopping unwanted or unnecessary processes as easy as the simple click of a mouse.
