Utilities include a file splitter, file joiner, comparer, batch attribute and timestamp modifier, boolean rule-based searcher, file shredder, duplicate finder, crc/integrity checker, directory lister, folder synchronizer and rule-based renamer. Using these many built-in utilities , all of which are packaged in a highly intuitive and user-friendly interface, one can handle any file task with ease and speed.
Main features:
- Splitter - Separate files into smaller segments. Handy for distributing, archiving large files.
- Joiner - Rejoin files that have been split into multiple segments.
- Comparer - Compare files for differences. The advanced, resynching comparison will show exactly where and how the files differ.
- Attributer - Modify file timestamps and attributes. Options include matching to other files, masked edits, focused adjustments.
- Searcher - Find files and directories that match the rules that you specify.
- Shredder - Wipe sensitive files from your drives using various advanced algorithms.
- Duplicate Finder - Find duplicates of files using the specified varied criteria such as file contents, picture dimensions or musical artist.
- Integrity Checker - Verify the authenticity of files using various hash algorithms ranging from CRC32 to MD5 to SHA512.
- Directory Lister - List the contents of directories displaying the specified criteria. Also exports to plain text, HTML, XML.
- Synchronizer - Synchronize directories using one of several modes that best fits your needs, or use the custom mode for even more control.
- Renamer - Rename files and directories using an advanced rule-based system that includes support for file attributes, version info, EXIF and ID3 tags.
