Firefly allows you the ability to specify a source SQL statement, of any complexity, and a matching target table structure.
Source and target connections can be to any database so you can easily migrate data from Oracle to SQL Server and vice versa.
Save your configuration to a Data Transfer Package (.dtp) file and instantly restore that package just by double-clicking it.
The .dtp file also allows you to schedule packages to run unattended. You can open multiple instances of Firefly (on multiple computers if possible but not necessary) and have each one transfer a specific chunk of data.
