Gamma Control 3.0

Gamma Control 3.0 is a useful and comprehensive program with which you can adjust the gamma on your computer.

As an example of use:

If you are playing a game, lets say Counter Strike. In Counter Strike there are a lot of dark places, where you will only be able to spot your enemy, by moving your crosshair over him, so the enemies' name will appear. Well, Gamma Control is the solution to that. When you turn up your gamma, you will make everything a lot brighter, making the dark place your enemy is camping in, a lot brighter. Which will make it a lot easier for you to spot him first. 

What is the difference between Gamma Control v2 and v3?

Gamma Control v3 offers semi-custom hot keys, for instance "CTRL + ALT + (whatever key you want)".

In addition, Gamma Control v3 offers a new feature that will, by pressing a hot key combination, put your monitor to sleep. Gamma Control v3 offers a track bar for adjusting the gamma as well.

Gamma Control v3 is also ad-supported, while Gamma Control v2 only has an advertisement news feed for DesktopNerds.

How it works, by default:

• "CTRL + ALT + +" to turn up the gamma. 
• "CTRL + ALT + -" to turn it down.
• "CTRL + ALT + *" to make default gamma.
• "CTRL + ALT + S" press this combination, and your gamma setting will go to Default.(useful in-game).
• "CTRL + ALT + W" press this combination, and your gamma will go back to your last used gamma setting.(useful in-game).
• "CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + S" press this combination, and your monitor will enter stand-by.
