SlimSearch is a Firefox add-on that will use multiple search engines ti transform any text in a hypertext SlimSearch will use several search engines, and via a simple right-click menu, it will take any piece of text whatsoever on any Webpage and transforms it into hypertext.
Highlight with the mouse any text in your browser, then right-click to search it on the Web. You can do normal searches, dictionary searches, address searches, Froogle, etc.
Google is extensively used for most of the searches, but other specialized search engines are used too.
If you find a non-clickable URL on a page, SlimSearch can help with that too - highlight the URL, right-click, go to SlimSearch and choose Go to this URL.
