Sudoers is a useful tool that allows a local administrator to give certain LUAs the ability to run some applications Sudoers is a useful tool that allows a local administrator to give certain LUAs (Least-Privileged User Account) the ability to run some (or all) applications as system administrator. Unlike Runas or any other similar products, Sudoers does not execute applications in the context of another administrator account.
The user (LUA) currently logged-on to the computer can launch applications using Sudoers as if he were system administrator. The benefit of using this product is that if the application is launched by currently logged-on user (via Sudoers), it will gain access to the currently logged-on users profile and registry, thus saving users settings in the correct place.
