Using Total Mail Converter you may select the fields that you want to export: Sender, Recipient, Date, Subject, or Body. Attachments can be extracted if you convert emails to HTML format. Total Mail Converter has batch mode so you can convert hundreds of emails at a time.
Total Mail Converter integrates into Microsoft right-click menu. That means that you may select the file on your desktop and make a right-click on it. In the popup menu select Convert To option. So you can convert your emails without even launching the program. Total Mail Converter can also be handled via command line.
