Tweak UI is a powerful utility that you can use to customize your Windows XP desktop and many of your systems usability settings.
This PowerToy gives you the access to all system settings that are not exposed in the Windows default user interface (mouse settings, Explorer and taskbar settings, and many more).
Main features:
- enables users with older, slower computers to turn off many of the operating system graphics features such as fading menus, drop shadows, and cursor shadows
- can customise the way various base elements of the interface work, such as the taskbar and the desktop
- enables users to move the location of their Documents, Music and Pictures folders, as well as other system folders
- includes various tools to repair elements of the operating system, such as icons, hot keys, the font folder, and file extension associations
