Visual compare and merge of the text files with syntax hightlight Visual Comparer - main assignment of given utility - comparing and merging of differences in text files.
Visual Comparer is intended first of all for those who is engaged in software engineering and forced to compare various versions of the source codes frequently. In this product we tried to concentrate the majority of known solutions to simplify and make the process of comparing as convenient possible.
One of distinctive features of "Visual Comparer" is a presence of strict lexical and syntax highlight of constructions in various programming languages.
It contains the full-function text editor adapted under ideology of files line comparing and allows to carry out additional editing of the text during matching so conveniently and easily as you did it in the usual text editor.
The high speed of loading and files comparing will allow you to carry out matching of your files by size over 2 Mbytes in period of few seconds.
Visual Comparer allows you to load the text files for comparison , perform a matching, merge operations and edit the text as with a fully functional text-editing tool.

Version restrictions:
- "Auto adjustment of similar lines" at compare files not work;
- "Parking Splitter" command not work;
- "Swap Panes" command not work;
- setup of the normal width of scrollbar in the comparison map not possible;
- Shift+MouseWheel for scrolling of the text horizontally not work;
- Ctrl+MouseWheel for going through the next/prev differences not work;
- "Insert Spaces" option not work;
- bold style for tokens in syntax highlight parsers not work;
- centering of splitter bar by double mouse click on him not work;
Enhancements:
- you can shift lines between empty(virtual) lines inside of difference block ("Ctrl+Enter" or "Shift+Enter");
- partial merging between diff symbols in the line;
- if you wish merge the part of the difference in some line, select these symbols and press "Alt+(Left or Right)";
- support Advanced Data Streams. Now you can compare, edit and save existing ADS in some file directly in Visual Comparer (for advanced users);
- show file properties dialog box command for the opened files;
- new comparison flag: "ignore EOL differences" in lines. You can turn off this parameter if you wish see differences in files with mixed EOLs in lines (See property page Tools->Setting->Comparison);
- view on/off EOL markers toggle at the end of lines added (See menu View->EOL markers);
- prevent EOL changing flag added (See "Merging" property page). Now you can merge differences with preventing of original EOL in lines.
