WinSpeech 3.0

WinSpeech 3.0 is a text-to-speech application for Windows 3.1x. It reads text or WRITE (wri) files and produces speech. Also works as a speech add-on utility for other Windows programs to produce speech. Other features include DDE mode (allows other applications to send text to talk), Talking coach (audio guidance throughout program) for low vision users, command line mode (allows text string or file to be speaked during start up), and more. Dictionary editor tool allows customed pronunciation of words. Rev. 3.0 has major improvements to the previous version in speech quality, pronunciation algorithms, text-to-words conversion rules and functionalities.
