yLaunch - launch multiple programs, web urls, explorer folders or documents with a single click yLaunch is a simple little tool that runs in the system tray and gives you quick access to commonly used programs. Okay, the Start menu does that so why use this program? Because yLaunch can run several commands when you pick a task.
e.g. when I add a subscriber to the Andromeda Spaceways database I have to load the subscriber spreadsheet, open the label printer software and open the ASIM accounting spreadsheet. Doesnt sound like much but its still a lot of fiddling around. With yLaunch I create a task called ASIM SUB, and that task does all of the above for me when I click it.
Apart from programs you can also add Explorer folders, web URLs and any documents recognised by your windows installation. When you launch that task, all will be opened simultaneously.
Setting up yLaunch is a bit tricky since you have to edit the launch files by hand, but once done its really worthwhile.
