1-Click-Duplicate-Delete-for-Files 1.02 offers you a great tool which can allow you to search or delete duplicate Files, media files + mp3 files with a single mouse click. Get more space on your disk drive by removing duplicate file data like data files. In oneclick-mode one single mouse click is enough and the dupes are safely recognized and pushed into the recyclebin. No further dialogs or decisions needed. Computer Pro can use also an expert mode where one can tweak lots of optional things. But that is optional, of course.
Major Features:
1. Very easily compares all files that could be dupes; finds and deletes dupes with a single mouse click (optional with a confirmation dialog);
2. Also compares ntfs streams and furthermore supports an intelligent file name recognition..
3. Deletes duplicates with one single mouseclick
- After installing the software you have a new toolbar. One click on the new "1-Click Duplicate Delete for Outlook" button and immediately the duplicates will be gone.
4. Advanced mode (with lots of options)
- For pros there are a lot of options to tweak and configure. You can define where to scan and how to compare. But that is, as already mentionend, optional.
- Recognizes e-mails, contacts, calendar items...
5. Duplicate e-mails / contacts / calendar items / tasks / notes / journal items are recognised and get removed. Duplicate contacts will not simply be deleted, but merged. The fax number from here, the phone number from there. Whereever the data is more current. Automatically, of course.
6. Merge contacts
- If you have a contact twice, it won't simply be deleted. First, the best data of each one (2 or more) will be collected. The fax number from here, the phone number from there. Whereever the data is more current. Automatically, of course.
7. Undo! Everything can be undone
- Removed too much? Don't panic, simply undo it!
- A bit slower than the competition. Because we compare everything
- Perhaps we need 2 seconds more than others. In return we compare very thoroughly, including all file attachments. Your data should be worth 2 seconds.
