Active@ Disk Image 3.2.6

Active@ Disk Image 3.2.6 is software that makes an exact copy of any PC disks (HDD,USB,CD,DVD,Blu-ray etc. . . ) and then stores it into a folder. The disk images may be used for backups, PC upgrades or disk duplication purposes.

In case of computer failure, a backup image may be used to recover your computer system or find & restore any necessary files from within an image.

Active@ Boot Disk Lite (bootable CD/USB) as a program component helps you bring a dead system back to life to restore a Windows system disk.

Active@ Disk Image is a PC backup solution for an entire computer or any sets of PC disks, including operating system, applications and user files. A backup image may be stored on a USB drive, network storage, burned directly to CD/DVD/BR discs, or kept on any other media.

Active@ Disk Image creates two types of disk images:

• Backup Disk Image is used for backup of entire computer or any PC disks, and contains used disk space only.
• Raw Disk Image contains an identical copy of every disk sector. It can be used for backup of non-Windows systems and future data recovery.

3. Rescue Bootable Media  
   • Active@ Boot Disk Lite a WinPE-based component for restoring a PC system disk
   • Active@ Boot Disk Lite may be used to start a PC from CD, DVD, USB flash drive (appropriate BIOS settings required)
   • Boot Disk Creator component - an utility to make a bootable CD/DVD or Flash drive.

6. Log Reports  
   • The log file contains a detailed list of actions performed during each operation. Three log formats supported: XML logs (used internally by software), plain text log (placed along with an image) and Windows Event logs.
