ATTS ( Advanced Text to Speech) is a speech utility based on Microsoft Agent Technology. ATTS can read any text by simply select the text and pressing Ctrl+C. It is fully customizable, choose from 27 voices, dozens of tones, animated characters and skins. It has a familiar Winamp-style user interface with additional skins and animated characters available for download or it has a Text to Speech Converter that will write to MP3 or WAV.
