How do I use Back2zip?

1. Step 1: Click the "Add Folder" button to add your critical data folders to the backup list. You can back up as many folders as you want. If you like, you can simply drag folders from Windows Explorer and drop them into this list.
2. Step 2: Click the "Select Folder" button under "Location of ZIP Archive Folder". This is where Back2zip will store the ZIP backup files. It's best if this folder is on a second hard drive or on another computer on your home or office network (but this is not required).
3. Step 3: There is no step three! You're done! Sleep soundly, your data is now protected! That's right, by default Back2zip will check your folders every 20 minutes to make sure your data backup is up-to-date. After a few minutes, Back2zip will place itself in your tray where it will stay, working away quietly in the background to make sure your data is always safe.
