Deed-Chek 8.0

Deed-Chek 8.0 is a powerful yet easy to use deed plotting and analysis program for real estate professionals including agents, real estate attorneys, property appraisers and title companies.

Simple deed entry makes Deed-Chek an excellent choice for non-technical users. Confusing terminology is kept to a minimum and hints are provided throughout the program to guide you as you work.

New features include the ability to enter deeds like "The North 600 of the S.E. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 12, Towhship 37S, Range 18E.", just type it in and Deed-Check figures out the rest.
