FILERECOVERY for Windows (PC) 3.5  is a safe and affordable do-it-yourself data recovery solution that is designed to recover deleted files from all types of media such as Hard Drives, Floppy Drives, SmartMedia, CompactFlash, Memory Sticks and many other types of removable media.

This do-it-yourself software will scan the drive to create a savable file list. The software recovers files whether they have been deleted from the command line, from within an application, Windows Explorer or removed from the Recycle Bin. Then save recovered files to another storage device or another drive letter in the system.

FILERECOVERY® for Windows® recovers files whether they have been deleted from the command line, from within an application, Windows® Explorer or removed from the Recycle Bin. FILERECOVERY® for Windows® will scan the drive and bring up list of files which can be saved from the scanned drive.

FILERECOVERY® for Windows® is a non-destructive read-only application and will not write or make changes to the drive it is recovering from. With directory structure preservation, even under NTFS, media is quickly organized and restored. Rescue files easily with this deep scanning engine that other products miss.

FILERECOVERY® for Windows® is w WIN32 Application that uses direct hardware access. It was designed to run on i386 compatible platforms only. The software has not been tested on emulated systems, Macintosh Platforms or other processor platforms that may be available.

FILERECOVERY® for Windows® is not compatible with recovering CD-ROMs, CDRs or CDRWs but these devices can be used for storage if they are mounted as Direct CDs - as long as the data being recovered is not on the system drive.
