Long Path Support API 1.2

Long Path Support API 1.2 offers an effective tool which helps you to overcome standard limitation on path length to files and directories.

Major Features:

1. Have  libraries running on both NTFS and FAT32 file systems.
2. Have the library dealing with the problem with trailing spaces or other unsupported characters in filenames:The trailing spaces in filenames are supported in MacOS But not under Windows.
3. Create any file by means of  library 
4. Administrator permission allow  to read  the file was created by a User
