Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Patch: Registry Permissions Update is an update which was designed to except the "Registry Permissions" vulnerabilities in Windows NT® 4.0. The current default permissions in certain registry keys are set to levels that are inappropriately permissive, which could allow a malicious user to gain unauthorized access to the network devices on an affected computer.
