MLEditor Standard Edition 1.7 RC1 offers you a useful tool for editing. This is designed as a professional multi-language text editor. It supports professional text/word editing, processing and management, conversions between Unicode/Unicode BE and ANSI/UTF-8, professional English case conversions and professional conversions between Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
