Keep teams in control of their documents, without the need for complex databases ProLibra is an application that keeps teams in control of their documents, without the need for complex databases or maintenance.
ProLibra users can organise their documents using information already stored in those documents - and combine this with templates based on common approaches. Templates are included for established methods such as Prince 2 and ISO9001.
Using a simple and customisable drag and drop interface, users can choose different views to work on documents. Views include Stages and deliverables; People; Categories, Dates and a traditional Folder view. And because all information is stored in the documents themselves, its always accurate - even when documents are copied or moved.
When a number of users work together on the same documents, ProLibra will highlight changes automatically - even when made by users without ProLibra installed. With some types of documents (Microsoft Word, for example) ProLibra will even show whos currently working on what.
