Windows NT and Windows 2000 ship with a handy system analysis utility called Task Manager. Task Manager is able to list all running processes (applications and services) However, there is a downside - Task Managers "End Process" feature isnt always able to kill a process for you! This isnt just frustrating, it also poses a security problem - what if the process you want to kill is a trojan?

DiamondCS TaskMan+ launches Task Manager in a special way to boost the security priveleges of Task Manager, which in turn gives it a real unconditional license to terminate ANY process. TaskMan+ is how Task Manager should be in the first place!
