Helps developers to diagnose problems associated with the installation and configuration of software applications. It includes three separate applications. The Triage Wizard allows you to easily define every aspect of an end-users computer that is relevant to the software application being installed, including hardware, file dependencies, ActiveXcontrols, and Registry entries. The Triage Client is a small application to be packaged with your product. When a problem is encountered, Triage Client gathers all of the information previously defined by the Wizard and either saves it to file or automatically sends it as an email. Finally, the Triage Analyzer will help you to interpret the results and pinpoint the problem. Easy to use and well documented, Triage represents a valuable tool to developers trying tosort out a wide variety of installation and configuration problems.
