Web Style Describer 4.01

Web Style Describer is a lightweight shell extension that enables you to add descriptions, personal notes, or any text youd like to any and all files and folders on your computer. Its attractive and very easy to use. Once its installed, a new menu item, Describe, is available from Explorers right-click context menus. Select the new item to add and view your notes. Web Style Describer even enables you to add notations to files on CD-ROMs and other read-only media
