WizMouse 1.0.0.1 is a useful tool which is designed to help your mouse wheel work on the window currently under the mouse pointer. Using this version of WizMouse  will bring you such convenience.

WizMouse causes your mouse wheel to scroll the window under the mouse pointer instead of the currently focused window. You don't have to click on a window to focus it before you're able to scroll it with the mouse wheel.

WizKey can also optionally enable the mouse wheel in applications that don't support it. It does this by translating mouse wheel commands into scroll bar commands that all applications can understand and process.
